Home Health Aide - Hospice
Sholom Community Alliance is a mission-driven nonprofit senior care provider in the Twin Cities. The Home Health Aide, Hospice assists terminally ill patients with their personal care requirements and helps them achieve the highest level of comfort and quality of life in their homes.

Assists terminally ill patients with their personal care requirements
Maximizing their activities of daily living
Assists terminally ill patients in achieving the highest level of comfort and quality of life in their homes
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent
Home Health Aide certification and/or competency testing required
Possess a valid driver's license with good driving record, and proof of valid insurance. Must have reliable transportation
CPR Certification required
Preferred
Six months experience as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant preferred
