Responsibilities

To supervise a given project, in all aspects as needed to successfully complete the construction of that project
To maintain and adjust the given schedule to bring the completion of that project on time and within the appropriate budget
To maintain a clean and safe job site
To build a trusting and faithful relationship with the client
To order and coordinate the delivery of materials for that project
Schedules subcontractors
Completes daily reports
Supervises the quality of work for subcontractors
Brings to attention any conflicts on the job
Obtains required inspections
Conducts safety inspections and meetings on site
Inspects and maintains in good order all tools and equipment
