Earth Systems Response & Restoration is an environmental consulting firm with over 30 locations nationwide. They are seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to lead geotechnical investigations, manage projects, and deliver actionable reports while mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities
Lead geotechnical investigations and in-situ testing
Deliver foundation design, slope stability, and settlement analysis recommendations
Write and present clear, actionable reports for clients
Scope, budget, and manage projects with support from a collaborative team
Oversee fieldwork and lab testing to ensure QA/QC
Partner with clients, regulators, and project teams to keep work on track
Mentor junior staff and share your expertise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or related field (Master's a plus)
5+ years of experience in geotechnical or applied environmental consulting
PE license or EIT with the ability to obtain licensure in the state of hire within 12 months
Proficiency in AutoCAD, gINT, GeoStudio, or similar software
Strong writing skills and experience preparing technical reports
Willingness to travel to project sites within your region
