Ensure that Morgan Foods products meet all applicable FDA, USDA, and third-party certification standards as reflected on customer-facing labels
Responsible for the regulatory review of ingredients and recipes, supporting the development and maintenance of accurate label specifications
Help streamline label development processes and ensure timely, compliant labeling for new and existing products
Manage product filings with certifying bodies for organic, kosher, Non-GMO Project Verified, and USDA programs
Qualification
Required
Ensures that Morgan Foods products meet all applicable FDA, USDA, and third-party certification standards as reflected on customer-facing labels
Responsible for the regulatory review of ingredients and recipes
Supports the development and maintenance of accurate label specifications
Works closely with the Labeling Regulatory Specialist and cross-functional teams
Helps streamline label development processes
Ensures timely, compliant labeling for new and existing products
Manages product filings with certifying bodies for organic, kosher, Non-GMO Project Verified, and USDA programs
Plays a key role within the Research and Development team
Supports the launch of new products
Ensures regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle
