BEAT is seeking a Tier 2 Systems Administrator to provide enterprise-level operations and sustainment support for the Defense Health Agency’s Domain and Directory Services Branch. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, monitoring, and ensuring the reliability and security of enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to enterprise infrastructure, services, firmware, and applications across MECM, MED365, and related platforms

Support DHA’s eDiscovery operations, including data collection, preservation, processing, and purging activities for litigation, audits, and investigations

Provide and maintain SITREPs, After Action Reports (AARs), and Unscheduled Downtime Reports (UDRs) for critical service outages and unplanned interruptions

Monitor system health, availability, and performance using enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., SCOM, MECM dashboards), escalating issues as necessary

Collaborate with Tier 3 Administrators and Engineering teams to implement corrective actions, ensure patch compliance, and maintain enterprise operational readiness

Participate in enterprise knowledge transfer and continual service improvement initiatives, contributing technical insights and procedural documentation

Develops: Troubleshooting and resolution reports of UDRs, SITREPs, and AARs for outages; Discovery audit support documentation; Monitoring and system status reports
