Program/Technical Advisor (Mid-Level)
STI Federal is searching for a dynamic and skilled Program/Technical Advisor to be a key part of our expanding team. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert supporting federal client organizations, providing scientific, regulatory, and operational guidance to advance research and development programs.

Responsibilities
Guide program execution – Provide advisory support in scientific, technical, and programmatic areas to ensure successful delivery of objectives
Strengthen compliance – Evaluate documentation and data for alignment with regulatory and scientific standards
Advance technical collaboration – Participate in cross-agency and industry working groups to facilitate coordinated development efforts
Contribute to strategic planning – Analyze and present findings to inform leadership decisions and policy recommendations
Promote innovation – Identify emerging technologies and best practices that support efficient research and product development
Qualification
Required
Graduate or advanced degree in biological or chemical sciences, medicine, pharmacy, computer science, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant industry experience
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Demonstrates a dedication to upholding and enhancing STI Federal's core values
Excels in a collaborative team environment, fostering positive relationships and contributing to shared goals with professionalism and mutual respect
Demonstrates advanced understanding of medical countermeasure or pharmaceutical development processes
Applies critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate technical, regulatory, and operational data
Maintains strong technical writing, briefing, and presentation capabilities to convey complex information effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, R, Power BI), and document management systems
Preferred
Postdoctoral or advanced professional experience in a related scientific discipline
Experience supporting medical countermeasure development or pharmaceutical regulatory programs
