2+ years expFuyao Glass Corporation of America is looking for an Intern in their Equipment Maintenance Department. The intern will be responsible for maintaining equipment, performing inspections, and assisting with troubleshooting and repairs to ensure optimal operation of production equipment.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the maintenance and fix according to equipment breakdown calls during on-duty shift (10%) 负责根据设备的故障及受损情况进行维修工作
Prepare specifications for the purchase of spare parts inventory. (15%) 能够识别并了解设备的维修备件参数以保证设备正常维护
Responsible for mechanical and electrical maintenance of production equipment, perform issue analysis and resolve according to work orders/maintenance request; (25%) 能够执行对于生产设备的机械及电气维修，发现问题并解决，根据维修工单定期对设备进行维护
Perform routine equipment inspection, identify potential failure risks and take action to prevent downtime; (10%) 对设备进行日常检查维护，发现潜在的风险点并有措施预防设备故障
Responsible for regular backup or revision to automation program; Regularly backup or revise automation program and ensure the reliability of backup; (10%) 能够对自动化程序日常备份及调试
Be responsible for equipment preventive maintenance and lubrication; reduce equipment downtime and quantity of scraped product due to equipment issue for responsible area. (15%) 对设备按规进行润滑及保养，提升设备效率及减少废品产出
Assist the software engineer to carry out on-site debugging of the equipment, and complete the on-site debugging tasks according to the requirements of the debugging engineer with quality and quantity (5%)协助软件工程师进行程序调整及纠错，根据软件工程师指导完成调整任务
Responsible for document record,such as Equipment sudden breakdown maitenance record and Maintenance work daily log. (5%) 负责对设备进行故障记录及维修记录
Responsible for staffs' related basic equipment knowledge, procedure, and skill trainining. (5%) 对公司设备熟悉并有相关的工作技能及培训能力

Qualification
Required
Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers
Over two years manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Licensed high/low voltage electrician is required
Bachelor's degree and above, major in machinery, electric or relevant majors
The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods
Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip)
Visual acuity including, but not limited to: NEAR ACUITY, FAR ACUITY, DEPTH PERCEPTION, COLOR VISION, FIELD OF VISION
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
Knowledge of and familiarity with manufacturing software
Can accept overtime during weekend and emergency fixing after work
Skillful use of computer
Knowledge of electricity and machinery
Factory power distribution equipment design/installation
Power supply and distribution operation and electric safety
Certain observational ability and adaptability to changes
Certain interpersonal skills
Certain planning, organization and coordination ability
Certain persuasive ability
Be able to operate lifts and forklifts
Received training on special electrician
