Responsibilities

Responsible for leading design and execution of architectural projects, guiding the process from concept to completion
Develop creative design concepts and detailed technical drawings and ensure the final product meets both aesthetic and functional goals of the client
Provides oversight during construction phase to ensure design alignment
Work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and adheres to regulatory standards
Provide technical guidance to junior staff

Required

Professional degree in architecture
Minimum of 10 years' related experience
Experience working with high-design projects
Proven experience in concept development, design execution, and technical documentation
Strong rendering skills and proficiency with Revit 2025
Exceptional skills in communication, design, collaboration, and leadership skills
Ability to create new ideas both independently and in collaboration
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment and be flexible to support numerous teams in any project phase
