CAMPUS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Woodside Bible Church is seeking a Campus Administrative Assistant to play a key role in supporting the ministry and operational functions of the Warren Campus. This position provides high-level administrative support to the Campus Pastor, ensuring efficient coordination of campus events, communications, and processes.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Campus Pastor, including scheduling, correspondence, and calendar management
Coordinate logistics and communication for campus events, special initiatives, and outreach
Manage internal and external communications, including bulletins, email lists, and ministry updates
Maintain accurate records in church management systems, including attendance, membership, and group information
Oversee general office functions, including supply management and equipment upkeep
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a professional or ministry setting
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn church management systems
Demonstrates spiritual maturity and alignment with the mission and values of Woodside Bible Church
