VT purchase receiving
VT & RY warranty replacement receiving
Warehouse management
Stock management PSI
Inventory audit
Assist QCQA / VUSWH Parts and IO transfer
AR/AP ERP Posting
Send invoice and credit memo
Respond to customer call and email regarding Parts & Small equipment inquiries
Communicate with HQ (Korean language preferred)
All other duties as may be assigned with this position, including but not limited to Parts Management team's duties
Qualification
Required

Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to lift more than 45lbs
Minimum 0-2 years of experience in logistics or related field
Preferred
1+ years of experience preferred
Experience with SAP
Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager
Bilingual English /Korean
