They are seeking a client-facing Microsoft 365 / Modern Work Consultant to design, deliver, and support collaboration, productivity, and security solutions across the Microsoft cloud.

Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Strategy: Advise clients on how to maximize productivity, security, and compliance with Teams, SharePoint, and the full M365 stack
Collaboration Solutions: Design and deploy Teams-based collaboration and document management solutions with secure, scalable architectures
Digital Transformation: Automate processes and improve workflows using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Change Management: Deliver training, adoption planning, and governance frameworks to ensure smooth rollouts and strong user adoption
Security & Compliance: Implement Zero Trust principles, identity management with Azure AD, and security assessments for M365 environments
Endpoint & Identity Management: Configure Intune, Azure AD, MFA, and SSO for secure access and device management
Custom Development: Collaborate with dev teams to extend Microsoft 365 using Power Platform, Azure Functions, and integrations
Licensing Optimization: Provide strategic recommendations to help clients maximize their Microsoft 365 and Azure investments
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Intune, Security tools)
Experience delivering client-facing consulting engagements or internal IT projects
Understanding of compliance and governance best practices
Hands-on experience with hybrid identity and Intune endpoint management
Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to business and IT stakeholders
Preferred
Microsoft certifications (M365, Security, Power Platform) strongly preferred
