Responsibilities

Be the tech hero for clients, troubleshooting and crushing hardware, software, and network issues
Lead system upgrades and migrations (servers, email, cloud—you name it)
Keep client networks humming—servers, switches, routers, firewalls, the works
Slam-dunk client problems with speed and swagger
Escalate the tough stuff to Level 3 (soon to be you) or vendors when needed
Lock down client backups, disaster recovery like a pro
Team up with Level 1 techs and other problem solvers to keep clients stoked
Stay in the loop with clients, delivering updates that keep them smiling

Qualification

Required

Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Ability to lead system upgrades and migrations (servers, email, cloud)
Knowledge of maintaining client networks including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience with client backups and disaster recovery
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and deliver updates
Mastery of operating systems, networking, hardware, and software

Preferred

Knowledge of Epicor or ERP systems
Microsoft certifications
Experience with ConnectWise
