Responsibilities

Lead the process focused on the identification, pursuit, and closing of ambulatory surgery center (ASC) acquisition transactions and development projects
Act as the primary lead and point person on a portfolio of ASC acquisition and de novo development projects
Work with SVG leadership and HCA hospital leadership to identify and prioritize ASC acquisition opportunities
Source new opportunities, structure major deal terms, negotiate with Sellers, and close ASC transactions
Work closely with internal and external legal counsel to develop, negotiate, and execute letters of intent and definitive agreements
Review and evaluate pro formas and business case documents prepared by the financial analysis team
Assemble, review, and finalize physician-facing proposal summaries
Assemble, review, and finalize internal project summaries for leadership review and approval
Secure capital approvals from SVG leadership and HCA hospital division and group leadership
Conduct and manage detailed due diligence activities, coordinating the efforts of a diverse due diligence and transition/integration team
Review and assess third party appraisals

Required

Bachelor's degree in Health, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 10 years' experience in business, finance, development, or related field
Excellent financial acumen and Excel skills required
Strong PowerPoint skills required

Preferred

Graduate degree in Health, Business Administration, or related field a plus
Experience with ASC facility transactions strongly preferred
