IT Knowledge Manager
BEAT is seeking an IT Knowledge Manager to provide documentation, knowledge-sharing, and information governance support for the DHA Domain and Directory Services Branch. The role involves ensuring enterprise IT knowledge is captured and made accessible to support operational continuity and service improvement.

Responsibilities
Develop, update, and maintain technical, procedural, and agreement documentation, translating complex technical content into clear, accessible formats
Support the maintenance of the DDSB SharePoint Portal, ensuring accurate, current, and secure content is available to stakeholders
Maintain a centralized repository of organizational foundation documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with DHA policies
Produce knowledge base articles, training documentation, SOPs, and quick reference guides to enable efficient troubleshooting and knowledge transfer
Promote situational awareness of technical changes, updates, and deployments that impact production environments
Collaborate with system administrators, engineers, and IA staff to capture lessons learned and integrate them into the knowledge base for continuous improvement
Develops -Knowledge base articles and SOPs
Updated SharePoint Portal content
Centralized repository of foundational documents
Training and documentation packages
Qualification
Required
BS Computer Science Degree or related field
