Responsibilities

Supervise the Sales Support team at the Aurora facility, providing leadership, coaching, and support
Perform sales support duties alongside the team, including order entry, customer communication, and issue resolution
Monitor daily workflow and ensure timely, accurate processing of customer orders and requests
Act as a point of escalation for customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution with professionalism
Track performance metrics and provide regular feedback to support team development
Collaborate with Sales to align pricing, customer needs, and strategic account support
Partner with Production and Purchasing to manage lead times, backorders, and customer-owned inventory
Train new hires and reinforce best practices to maintain high service standards
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and service expectations
Participate in hiring and onboarding efforts as needed to strengthen the team

Required

3+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role
At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience
Proven ability to lead, coach, and support a high-performing team
Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems; experience with order entry and customer account management
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working cross-functionally and leading initiatives at the site level
