Contribute to Effectively Planning Programs, Services and Activities

Update and Maintain Skills in Use of Current Technology and Information Management Systems

Required

Thorough knowledge and understanding of BGCGKC youth development programs, principles and practices
High School Diploma required
Minimum of one year of experience working with youth ages 5 to 18
CPR, first aid certifications required
Current negative TB (tuberculosis) screening
Supporting a Safe Environment, Fostering Organizational Wellness
Writing, Informing, Listening, Presenting
Action Planning and Organizing, Monitoring, Time Management
Analyzing, Judgement, Innovating
Teamwork, Networking; Relationship Building
Implementing Quality Improvements
