Lead- Youth Development Professional
Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City is seeking a Lead Youth Development Professional who will serve as an expert in program implementation and act as a liaison with partner organizations. The role involves ensuring the incorporation of youth development principles into programs, providing guidance and discipline, and planning engaging activities for youth ages 5 to 18.

Contribute to Programs, Activities and Services that Prepare Youth for Success
Contribute to Creating a Club Environment that Facilitates the Achievement of Youth Development Outcomes
Contribute to Ensuring a Healthy and Safe Environment
Contribute to Ensuring that Facilities, Equipment and Supplies are maintained
Contribute to Effectively Planning Programs, Services and Activities
Contribute to Team Meetings
Update and Maintain Skills in Use of Current Technology and Information Management Systems
Qualification
Required
Thorough knowledge and understanding of BGCGKC youth development programs, principles and practices
High School Diploma required
Minimum of one year of experience working with youth ages 5 to 18
CPR, first aid certifications required
Current negative TB (tuberculosis) screening
Supporting a Safe Environment, Fostering Organizational Wellness
