Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
Manage direct accounts and partner relationships across your territory
Collaborate with application pre-sales experts to create tailored customer proposals
Maintain accurate records of opportunities, forecasts, and account data using Salesforce
Execute territory plans and communicate progress regularly with the Sales Director
Work cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience in capital equipment, software, or services
Experience selling into graphic arts, packaging, or manufacturing sectors
Strong understanding of value-based selling and ROI-driven sales strategies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field
Preferred
Familiarity with CNC cutting solutions is highly preferred
