Southwest Boulder & Stone is a family owned and operated landscape rock and supply company based in Southern California. They are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to assist customers with product selection, sales, and yard upkeep at their Escondido location.

Responsibilities

Meet & Greet customers

Assist customers with product selection and sales

Load customer vehicles, checking for accuracy

Weigh trucks when needed

Coordinate yard upkeep with yard foreman

Ensure proper tagging, weighing, and storage of products

Ensure scales and yard areas are clean of debris

Maintain tool cleanliness and product organization/visibility in yard

Operate equipment as needed using checklist and safety measures

Assist Drivers when needed

Establish sales leads from customers

Participate in progressive training on current and new product lines

Complete product knowledge testing

Qualification

Required

Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds

Prior forklift experience/certification a plus

Ability to work rotational weekends

Operate forklifts

Learn material within a successful timeline
