As a Customer Service Associate, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure compliance with various requirements while meeting performance metrics.

Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and texts while meeting productivity goals
Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance on all inquiries
Document and update customer information in the CRM system
Follow escalation procedures and company policies to ensure resolution
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and client requirements
Apply training materials effectively and share knowledge with team members
Meet or exceed all performance metrics and KPIs
Qualification
Required
Access to reliable internet connection
High school or equivalent
Ability to establish and maintain rapport through effective communication and timely follow-up with customers
Attention to detail
Ability to establish priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
Must be a self-starter with a great degree of internal motivation
Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems
Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues
