Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, analyze customer needs, and provide accurate product information with professionalism and patience
Use in-depth football knowledge to guide customers toward the most suitable Rogers Athletic equipment
Assist Inside Sales with processing bids, dealer orders, and school purchase orders, along with general office tasks
Provide on-site demonstrations, resolve product issues, and assist with deliveries and installations as directed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing or a related field of study
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong knowledge of American football
