Responsibilities
Develop and implement an operational plan and schedule for assigned projects
Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring all team members are aligned and on track
Continuously evaluate project, identify and mitigate potential risks and develop contingency plans
Provide business updates and reports regarding project status, risks and decisions to be escalated to Sr Management in a timely manner
Liaise with other operational areas within the organization (e.g., regulatory, engineering, operations) to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project
Facilitate stakeholders through the project management lifecycle; ensure cross-functional team alignment to achieve project milestones
Adhere to project schedule to deliver projects on time and within budget
Take ownership of project outcomes and improvements
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience using MS Project
3+ years of experience with software project management
3+ Experience in the medical device industry
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Strong leadership, team coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage project budgets and financial tracking
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal abilities
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-moving environment
Self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Ability to infrequently lift or move up to 35 pounds
