Responsibilities
Develop and implement talent management strategies and programs
Manage the recruitment and hiring process
Create and maintain career development plans
Coordinate and Administer learning and development training opportunities
Identify, develop and retain valuable employees
Collaborate with other HR teammates on employee engagement strategies
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and compliance requirements in talent management
Manage the performance evaluation cycle
Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to attract and retain top talent
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Ability to prioritize/meet multiple competing deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
3-5 years of talent management experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
ADP Workforce Now experience a plus
Experience working with different cultures and diverse teams preferred
