Responsibilities
Manage internet sales leads, which includes responding to inquiries in a timely fashion, setting appointments, and answering questions on available new and pre-owned inventory
Creating and building relationships with new and existing customers through proper follow-up and customer service
Prospecting new customers through social media, networking, e-mail, and phone
Demonstrating vehicle benefits and amenities, including test drives
Meeting and exceeding dealership goals and sales objectives
Maintaining proper customer satisfaction ratings
Clearly and professionally document all customer feedback and information into CRM software (Vinsolutions)
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and high attention to detail with written communication (email/text)
Qualification
Required
Prior sales experience preferred
Professional appearance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive and energetic personality
Must have a clean & valid driver's license
Must be willing to submit to a background check for employment
We are looking for long-term employees who wish to grow & succeed
Must be able to work Saturdays and occasional Sundays
Preferred
Toyota sales experience is HIGHLY preferred, but we will train the right person (guaranteed training pay)
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
