KMM Logistics and Network Services is seeking a seasoned Fiber Operations Lead / Splicing Manager to oversee all aspects of data center fiber infrastructure across regional projects. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on execution, managing splicing, testing, and documentation in high-stakes environments while serving as the primary technical authority and client liaison for hyperscale and co-location builds.

Responsibilities

Lead ISP data center infrastructure projects, ensuring airflow and connectivity standards

Complete redline drawings, cable test validation, and project documentation

Manage crews, subcontractors, and onsite resources to meet project schedules

Manage all splicing, testing, and QA activities for multi-site deployments

Supervise 5+ field technicians; ensure all safety and quality standards are met

Validate OTDR and loss budgets; approve acceptance reports

Forecast labor, materials, and equipment utilization

Interface with customers and project managers for scope and deliverables
