Administrative Program Specialist (Mid-Level)
STI Federal is searching for a dynamic and skilled Administrative Program Specialist to be a key part of their expanding team. In this role, you will provide essential programmatic and operational support to federal client organizations, assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of key research and development initiatives.

Responsibilities
Advance program planning – Assist in the development and implementation of program strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with client goals
Facilitate collaboration– Coordinate activities among government program directors, interagency partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and integration
Support performance evaluation– Conduct research, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports to assess progress and identify opportunities for improvement
Enhance documentation accuracy– Prepare and organize technical documents, presentations, and briefings that support decision-making and program execution
Promote process improvement– Identify bottlenecks and recommend operational enhancements to improve project efficiency and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, scientific, or life-sciences field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant industry experience
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Demonstrates a dedication to upholding and enhancing STI Federal's core values

Demonstrates strong organizational and analytical abilities for managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Applies project management and information management best practices to support strategic program delivery
Maintains clear and effective written and verbal communication with diverse technical and executive audiences
Exhibits adaptability and problem-solving capabilities in dynamic environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications for documentation, reporting, and presentation development
Preferred
Experience supporting Advanced Research and Development (ARD) and Medical Countermeasures (MCM) programs
Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools preferred
