Assist with the initial intake of claims, verifying that all submitted documents are accurate and complete

Prepare correspondence, including follow-up letters, to maintain timely and accurate updates to claim files

Identify discrepancies in documentation and escalate issues to the appropriate department for resolution

Maintain organized and detailed records of customer interactions and claim information in the system

Perform additional administrative support tasks as needed to enhance claim processing efficiency
