Financial Coordinator
Associa is a leading company in community management with over 11,000 team members. They are seeking a Financial Coordinator to provide accounting support and financial services to community associations, requiring strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities
Work closely with Community Managers to assist with answering financial questions
Work with outside auditors to answer questions and provide necessary reports
Evaluate, analyze and prioritize data in various forms and formats
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
General knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger activity a must
Knowledge of Audit Reports
Knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures ( US GAAP)
Possess good written and communication skills
Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.)
Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level
Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities
Time management and time critical prioritization skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
5– 7 years of directly related or closely related experience (working as part of an accounting team)
