Have experience with basic front end programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. You should either be familiar with them already or the idea of using them on a daily basis should not be a deal-breaker
Are not afraid to work hard, be humble, ask questions, learn new things!
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in web development
Experience with basic front end programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Passionate about building responsive, adaptive, mobile-first websites that meet usability and accessibility web standards and best practices
Highly collaborative in a team-oriented environment
Able to multitask and prioritize, managing multiple projects simultaneously
Not afraid to work hard, be humble, ask questions, learn new things
Preferred
1 or more years of web development experience
Experience or familiarity with PHP-based applications, preferably WordPress
Familiarity with Git version control
Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Grunt or Gulp
An understanding of basic SEO principles
