They are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead their upstream UX strategy and conceptual thinking, focusing on understanding customer goals and translating them into modular user experiences.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the early phases of UX design: research, problem definition, user journeys, wireframes, and rapid prototyping

Translate customer pain points and business objectives into testable UX flows and system-level interaction models

Lead structured discovery processes—whether through user interviews, analytics, customer feedback, or collaborative workshops

Explore and validate modular UX approaches that allow teams to build workflows across connected platforms

Partner closely with product, engineering, and visual design to ensure your concepts are grounded in technical feasibility and business value

Help evolve our design system’s structure to support more dynamic, customizable, and extensible workflows

Mentor and pair with our current designer on upstream UX and research best practices

Required

Experience in leading UX design processes including research, problem definition, user journeys, wireframes, and rapid prototyping

Proficiency in exploring and validating modular UX approaches for connected platforms

Strong collaboration skills to partner with product, engineering, and visual design teams

Mentorship experience in UX and research best practices
