Responsibilities
Provide leadership and supervision to LPNs and other nursing staff during the 2nd shift
Complete initial nursing assessments for new admissions
Administer and educate clients on medications
Learn and assist with detox protocols using COWS and CIWA scales
Coordinate and support medical providers with assessments and medication management
Maintain medical equipment in proper working order
Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Current or pending LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership nursing role preferred
Experience in behavioral healthcare or substance use treatment settings a plus
