Responsibilities
Learn and use ClubReady or Mindbody CRM systems for lead tracking, scheduling, and member engagement
Support sales efforts by making follow-up calls, texts, and emails to prospects and trial members
Develop skills to create urgency, highlight member benefits, and overcome objections
Provide exceptional customer service at the studio front desk by greeting members, checking clients in for classes, and answering inquiries
Assist in promoting special events, workshops, and community outreach activities
Collaborate with the studio team to achieve monthly membership and retail sales goals
Maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming studio environment
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Current student or recent graduate in business, marketing, sales, communications, or related field
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
Eagerness to learn sales techniques and apply them in real time
Comfort with technology and willingness to learn club software
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced studio environment
Preferred
Familiar with Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Mountain View, Campbell, and surrounding areas is a bonus
