Team Sunshine Construction is currently seeking a Solar Electrician Apprentice to assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar electrical systems. This role offers hands-on experience in the solar industry while working alongside experienced electricians and technicians, focusing on electrical wiring, system maintenance, safety compliance, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards

Proficiently connect solar power systems to building electrical systems, including knowledge of AC and DC circuits, conduits, and junction boxes

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with solar systems

Prioritize safety at all times, adhering to industry best practices and safety protocols while working at heights and with electrical components

Ensure compliance with all systems

Skillfully integrate solar power systems with existing AC electrical systems, including grid-tied and hybrid systems, to optimize energy production and consumption

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining system functionality, and ensuring customer satisfaction
