New Grad, Entry LevelImpact Workforce Solutions is hiring a General Laborer to join their grounds maintenance team in Flovilla, GA. The General Laborer will assist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the campground, reporting directly to the Grounds Superintendent.

Responsibilities
Assist the Grounds Superintendent in daily maintenance tasks, including but not limited to landscaping, lawn care, and general upkeep of the campground
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of facilities, structures, and equipment
Assist with the setup and teardown of equipment and decorations for events and activities
Ensure all areas are kept clean and free of debris, including walkways, parking lots, and common areas
Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete assigned tasks
Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or concerns to the Grounds Superintendent
Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies and communicate any needs for replenishment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment
Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
Comfortable working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Preferred
Previous experience in general labor or groundskeeping preferred
Basic knowledge of landscaping and maintenance techniques
