Bridge2Partners is seeking a Senior QA Testing Analyst with expertise in commercial lending platforms, particularly AFSVision. The role involves conducting various testing types, including SIT and UAT, to ensure the effective execution of business processes in commercial banking applications.

Responsibilities

Conduct SIT, Component, Process, and End-to-End Testing

Develop and execute test cases across workflows and integration points

Prepare testing datasets for system and business validation

Document UAT scenarios and test cases

Collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders

Track and manage defects using JIRA or similar tools

Provide insights via dashboards and reports

Qualification

Required

Experience with AFSVision strongly preferred, or similar platforms like CLS or LoanIQ

Strong grasp of SIT, Component, Process, and End-to-End Testing

Ability to prepare test datasets

Proficiency in drafting and executing test cases

Map the test cases back to requirements and create traceability

Develop test scenarios/cases/scripts

Develop test data requirements for test cases

Execute test scripts

Document test results with appropriate evidence

Identify defects based on AFS Vision experience and Lending knowledge

Document test defects and issues in Jira/qTest

Re-test defects remediation

Familiarity with UAT documentation

Knowledge of commercial lending processes (origination, servicing, collections)

Experience with systems like: Lockbox processing, ACH / DDA Realtime, Core Banking, Wire transfer, Construction lending, Asset-backed lending, Letters of Credit, Entertainment, nCino, Salesforce

SQL proficiency

Strong analytical and communication skills
