Responsibilities

Design and implement investment strategies across multiple asset classes
Monitor market conditions, economic indicators, and portfolio performance
Conduct quantitative modeling, backtesting, and performance analysis
Manage asset allocation, liquidity, and diversification strategies
Execute trades in line with strategy and compliance requirements
Collaborate with analysts, traders, and senior stakeholders to align investment goals
Prepare detailed investment reports and performance updates
Ensure all investment activities comply with regulatory and internal risk standards

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Experience within the BPO industry
Deep market knowledge
Strong quantitative modeling skills
Passion for data-driven investment decision-making
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
Proven experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, or quantitative trading
Strong understanding of stocks, bonds, and options
Proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Bloomberg, Python, R, Excel, or MATLAB
Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred

CFA, CAIA, FRM, or equivalent designation
Experience in corporate investment, hedge funds, or asset management
Exposure to algorithmic or systematic trading strategies
