Responsibilities
Analyze performance across all key functions including demand generation (Sales, Account Management, Partnerships), R&D, Member Support, to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer acquisition, retention, and overall business impact
Build and own dynamic models and dashboards to track performance and enable data-driven decision-making, such as the revenue model and partnerships model
Design and lead reporting frameworks that surface meaningful insights for leadership and board-level discussions
Drive strategic initiatives like bookings forecasting, funnel conversion analysis, customer segmentation, and various optimization analytics to drive operational efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally to define KPIs, build business cases, and measure the success of growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years experience with 1-2 years in a strategic finance/corporate FP&A environment
Strong analytical thinking and business acumen; fluency in GTM metrics like CAC, LTV, churn, funnel conversion, and sales velocity
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
Preferred
Familiarity with systems like Adaptive, Salesforce, Looker, or Hubspot is a plus
