Responsibilities

Shape the future of AI with nursing expertise

Challenge advanced language models on topics like acute and chronic disease management, medication administration, patient safety protocols, electronic health record documentation, clinical decision-making, infection control, emergency response, and interprofessional communication

Document every failure mode to harden model reasoning

Converse with the model on clinical scenarios and nursing judgment questions

Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness

Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
