Exceed First Class Service standards with every guest, peer, and business partner
Greet guests, take orders, and suggest additional items
Provide accurate information about menu offerings
Accurately process transactions through the POS system
Respond professionally to guest concerns and feedback
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas
Support a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
