Responsibilities
Lead strategic projects for senior executives, conducting research, developing insights, and storytelling on high-impact topics
Craft compelling, insight-driven narratives to influence and educate business leaders and stakeholders of all levels
Independently manage projects while contributing to group problem-solving
Solve a range of problems from high-level strategic questions to process/delivery challenges, providing strategic counsel through qualitative and quantitative methods
Develop relationships and build successful partnerships with senior leaders to deliver on key strategic priorities across the company
Drive work with deep ownership and deliver with an extremely high bar for quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, finance, project management, product management or a combination
Preferred
5+ years of experience in strategy, business analysis, finance, project management, product management or a combination
Ability to identify and solve problems independently in a constantly changing environment
Fantastic interpersonal skills, with experience influencing senior decision making
Demonstrably strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to take complex topics and information and message in a compelling way for varied audiences
Strong ownership mindset with ability to both drive work independently and through others
