Responsibilities
Lead core platform initiatives across Data and Core Engineering to improve scalability, reliability, and performance
Own end-to-end discovery and delivery for complex, technical initiatives by translating system-level challenges into clear business outcomes
Drive roadmap definition and prioritization in close partnership with Engineering, Data, and Design leads
Establish measurable success metrics for platform investments and lead post-launch analysis to inform iteration
Enable cross-functional visibility and communication, ensuring GTM, Ops, and Customer Success teams are aligned and informed on upcoming changes
Coach and mentor early-career PM team members, helping establish best practices for discovery, measurement, and stakeholder communication
Partner with leadership to evolve how we define and communicate the roadmap, align cross-functional priorities, and strengthen our execution discipline
Collaborate with Data teams to improve data quality, observability, and internal data productization — foundational for analytics, fraud detection, and automation
Gradually expand scope to include Fraud initiatives, driving innovation in fraud signal detection, document verification, and trust infrastructure
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, with at least 2 years in product management
Strong technical fluency; you are experienced with SQL and comfortable engaging with APIs, data models, and engineering trade-offs
Proven success owning an end-to-end product area and delivering measurable business outcomes
Experience working closely with data, infrastructure, or core engineering teams
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Analytical mindset and experience using data to guide prioritization and measure success
A highly collaborative approach and track record of building trust across Engineering, Design, and GTM teams
Passion for mentoring and elevating others on the product team
Preferred
Experience with Python
Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment, or in domains such as tenant screening, fintech, or fraud prevention
Experience in environments that blend build/buy/integrate product decisions
Familiarity with data warehousing, API management, or trust & safety systems
