Responsibilities
Dive into client exposures, loss experiences, and current coverages to recommend the best products and services tailored to their needs
Present clients with accurate market data from reliable sources
Help clients navigate complex risks with confidence
Provide proactive, day-to-day client service
Anticipate clients needs and address questions or issues in person, over the phone, or via email
Gather important information about their risk management needs and financial loss tolerance
Evaluate and propose a variety of solutions to effectively manage their risks
Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients
Conduct engaging annual Client Advisory reviews
Measure success by client retention through exceptional service and new business development via referrals and expanded client programs
Negotiate with multiple insurance carriers to offer comprehensive coverage options
Ensure compliance with industry laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
2 + years' personal lines insurance experience with High Net Worth clientele
Property & Casualty (P&C) License
Client service orientation with balance on managing expectations
Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Professional designations a plus, e.g., CPCU, CIC, CPRIA, etc
Previous experience relationships with luxury carriers, such as AIG, Chubb, PURE
