Responsibilities

Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries to identify potential customers and new opportunities
Perform discovery to understand each prospect’s business goals, media workflows, and AI infrastructure needs
Manage all inbound leads from initial contact to sales-qualified opportunity, maintaining organized and accurate pipeline data
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns to optimize inbound lead generation and conversion rates
Become an expert on Fal’s platform capabilities to communicate its value to technical and non-technical audiences effectively
Partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and ensure seamless prospect experiences
Track engagement metrics and contribute insights to improve lead quality and targeting

Qualification

Required

1–2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or lead generation role preferred, but not required
Strong communication skills—especially over phone, video, and chat—with the ability to listen, learn, and connect authentically
Genuine curiosity about AI, Generative Media, and emerging technologies
Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Excellent organization and time management skills with strong attention to detail
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to grow within a high-performing sales organization
