Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Team Lead Server to set the tone for first-class service by leading the front-of-house team and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role involves supporting daily operations, coaching team members, and ensuring every guest receives prompt, friendly, and accurate service.

Responsibilities

Exceed First Class Service standards with every guest, peer, and business partner

Greet guests, take orders, and provide menu guidance

Support and coach servers to maintain high service standards

Assist with floor coverage, table turns, and guest recovery

Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams

Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready dining area

Accurately process transactions through the POS system

Help train new team members and support shift transitions
