As an Assistant Station Manager, you will lead daily operations, coach staff, enforce safety standards, and ensure performance in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
Lead daily operational performance with urgency and accountability across multiple service areas
Coach, develop, and enforce policies with a team of up to 75 drivers, building a high-performance, safety-first culture
Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and fleet readiness to ensure every trip runs on time and in compliance
Track results through audits, KPIs, and performance metrics — quickly adjusting when issues arise
Champion safety, compliance, and service excellence in line with company and federal standards
Own challenges and resolve issues fast — from customer complaints to staffing gaps and operational bottlenecks
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of leadership experience in transportation, logistics, aviation, or another fast-paced operations environment
Proven success managing large frontline teams (50+ employees or drivers)
Must have full, open availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays — to support a 24/7/365 operation
Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments
Resides within commutable distance to DFW and holds a valid driver's license
