Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on business jet airframes and systems
Remove and reinstall turbofan and turboprop engines for inspection and maintenance
Conduct operational checks, engine runs, and leak checks to verify serviceability
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, landing gear, flight control, and other airframe systems
Evaluate removed components for serviceability; document and resolve discrepancies
Read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical data
Perform fuel tank sealing and other specialized structural tasks as required
Accomplish Service Bulletins, Repair Letters, and Airworthiness Directives in accordance with FAA and OEM standards
Document all work performed clearly, accurately, and in compliance with StandardAero procedures
Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality standards in a professional MRO setting

Required

Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 5–7 years of experience performing airframe maintenance on corporate or business aviation aircraft (Learjet, Embraer, Hawker, Challenger, Falcon)
Available to work 2nd shift (Tuesday–Friday, 1:30 PM–12:00 AM), with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to read and interpret OEM maintenance manuals and schematic diagrams
Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in physically demanding conditions

Preferred

Experience in an MRO or military depot environment
Factory-authorized training on assigned aircraft or engines
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Proven ability to work independently while supporting team goals
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
