Public Relations Assistant Vice President
Coyne PR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Vice President to join their agency. This role requires exceptional client relations skills, media relations, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive PR campaigns. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day client interactions and oversee junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
Account management and new business ideas
Media relations

Writing press releases and pitches
Reviewing and distilling research
Lead/participate in brainstorming sessions
Client relationship management and communication
Budget management
Development of press releases, pitches, fact sheets, and client correspondences
Management of junior staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
8+ years of experience working in PR on the agency side
Experience working with big brands and top tier media
Ability to think strategically and creatively and be a problem solver
A strong understanding of the overall media landscape and the ability to guide your team to land prominent media placements
Knowledge of and experience with social media and influencer initiatives
Experience managing junior staff
Strong verbal communication skills
