The Engineer will assist member distribution cooperatives with construction work plans, long range plans, and distribution line design among other technical operations.

Responsibilities
Provide assistance for its eight member distribution cooperatives, including the development of RUS approved construction work plans, long range plans, sectionalizing studies, distribution line design, and other technical operations and maintenance issues as requested
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience with Milsoft engineering analysis
Experience with recloser/fuse coordination software
Experience with GIS Software
Experience with Excel
Experience with Word
Knowledge of distribution load flow and fault analysis
Preferred
Knowledge of other computer applications that are utilized to support distribution and transmission operations, including SCADA systems
