Responsibilities
Serve as a lead facilitator for real estate classroom training sessions, guiding students and professionals as they build the critical skills needed to excel in their real estate careers
Deliver in-person and virtual training seminars for clients, including: Undergraduate and MBA students at leading business schools. Professionals at investment banks, private equity firms, and other corporate institutions
Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions to provide personalized support to students
Collaborate with WSP to: Enhance existing training materials and ensure they remain industry-relevant. Develop new course content to meet evolving client needs
Successfully complete WSP’s Train-the-Trainer Program, a professional development program designed to equip instructors with advanced teaching skills
Qualification
Required
At least 3+ years of experience in real estate-focused roles at an investment bank, private equity firm, or other investment firm
Strong accounting, financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
In-depth knowledge of real estate finance and analysis
A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students
Flexibility to conduct training sessions Monday–Friday and weekends as needed
Ability to commit to at least 10 training days per year, with availability for domestic and international travel
Preferred
MBA from a top business school preferred but not required
Experience working with Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) is a plus
