This role offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and mentorship while supporting active projects across various phases from concept development to construction.

Responsibilities
Assist Professional Engineers (P.E.s) and EITs with the development of engineering plans, specifications, and reports
Perform basic design calculations and prepare design documents under supervision
Draft and edit plans using AutoCAD and/or Microstation
Conduct quantity take-offs and assist with cost estimation
Support permitting processes and preparation of record drawings
Participate in site visits and field investigations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project workflows and deliverables
Stay current with applicable design standards and agency requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (ABET Accredited)
Strong interest in infrastructure and transportation projects (or specify based on team focus)
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Microstation is a plus
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional engineering environment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
