MIT Lincoln Laboratory is a research and development center focusing on advanced technology solutions. The Tactical Edge Communications Group is seeking a summer intern to assist in the design, implementation, and analysis of components for communication systems, particularly in digital signal processing and RF systems.

Responsibilities
Actively contribute towards design/implementation/analysis of components of the communication systems the Group is prototyping, including advanced digital signal processing algorithms, antennas, and/or RF front-ends
Work with a mentor who will guide and direct their work
Be exposed to various aspects of RF system design and/or signal processing techniques for communications and other applications
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
Willing to work in a team environment
Able to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD security clearance
U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred
Experience in signal/data processing using MATLAB/Python
RF systems engineering
FPGA development
GPU programming
Embedded software development
Experience with communication theory and communication system design
